Take turns making picks. Once it's yours, it's yours—no one else gets it. A classic snake draft, run live or async, with a shared draft board everyone can follow.

The field is split into tiers by skill, ranking, or seed. Build your lineup by picking one from each tier before the event starts.
Salary Cap
Everyone gets the same budget. Build your roster within the cap. The strategy is in how you spend it.
